FEATURES

Synthetic speed. Human validation. One workflow.

AI and human feedback in one platform

Keep synthetic insights and human validation connected instead of spreading research across separate tools. Generate a link from your Uxia test and send it to real participants without rebuilding the study in another platform.

Interaction and heatmap data

Understand where human testers clicked, paused, struggled, or moved through the interface. Human testers complete the same task and context as your synthetic testers, making comparison easier and more meaningful.

Screen, face and microphone recording

Capture the participant’s experience as they move through the flow, including optional verbal feedback and reactions. Review what participants said during the session using the transcripts and connect feedback to specific moments in the experience.

We are proud to be recognized as a "Diamond startup to watch in the Synthetic Population and Behavioral Simulation space" by Gartner.

FAQs

Got questions? We have answers

What is Uxia, and how does it work?

Uxia is a UX research tool that helps you run user testing faster and more cost-effectively using AI-based synthetic testing technology. Instead of recruiting human testers, Uxia simulates user behavior and collects feedback on your product flows, allowing you to quickly identify usability issues and improve conversion rates. You simply define the test scenario, and Uxia generates insights on how users interact with your product - no scheduling, no waiting.

How is Uxia different from other user testing platforms?

Uxia is faster, more accurate, and significantly more affordable than traditional user testing platforms. Unlike other platforms, where testers are incentivized to rush through tasks to get paid (often leading to biased results), Uxia's AI-based testers behave consistently, focusing on real usability issues - not just completing tasks as quickly as possible. We also eliminate the need for manual post-test analysis: Uxia automatically summarizes the results and delivers clear, actionable insights, so you spend less time watching videos or reading transcripts and more time improving your product.

Can I get a product demo?

Absolutely! You can book a personalized demo with someone from our team here. We'll walk you through how Uxia works and answer any questions you have.

How does Uxia technology help user test?

Uxia uses AI-based synthetic testing technology that simulates how real users interact with your product, allowing you to test user flows instantly without recruiting participants. Our technology analyzes each step of the user journey to detect friction points, usability issues, and blockers, and then automatically summarizes the results into clear, actionable insights - saving you hours of manual work. All of this happens faster, more reliably, and at a fraction of the cost of traditional user testing platforms, so you can continuously improve your product without the typical time and budget constraints.

Can I upload my own test prototypes?

Yes, you can test your own prototypes with Uxia. To do so, we require images or a video recording of the prototype being used (for example, a screen recording of someone navigating through the Figma prototype, clickable mockup, or real product). This allows Uxia to analyze the user flow and identify usability issues, even before your product is live. Simply share the video, define the scenario you want to test, and Uxia will handle the rest - providing instant, actionable insights on your prototype experience.

Who owns the user tests conducted in Uxia?

You own all content you upload (inputs) and all results generated (outputs). Uxia does not claim any rights over them. Uxia only has a limited license to process your materials so tests can run and will never use them for training, product development, or marketing without your written consent.
